Glendale Craftsman – Infill Builders Calgary

We ensure that the design fits within the context of the existing neighbourhood, deal with obtaining development permits and building permits through the City of Calgary, through to the infill building process which is in close proximity to neighbours. Built in the inner city community of Glendale, this amazing home combines strong roof peaks, stone, wood and other craftsman designer touches. The interior is finished with a free-standing central fireplace, large sliding doors to the office, a two-tier kitchen island and executive appliances ready to create a feast for any family.
One of the most impressive features of this home is the backyard patio design and outdoor living space. Full height windows and two sets of double doors give way to an enormous stone patio posed to entertain family and friends. The pot lights within the cedar soffit add a touch of sophistication and warmth and provide a soft glow in the evenings.
To top it off, this home was built using highly energy efficient construction using the Energuide rating system. Many of the energy efficient building techniques used do not cost any more, and are a matter of simply paying attention to the details. Many years of experience with these systems ensures a successful, comfortable and healthy home is the result at the end of the day.
